Potentiostats are designed for EIS analysis of single fuel cells, electrolyzers, or batteries. Typical applications include hydrogen fuel cells, water electrolyzers, solid-oxide cells, redox-flow batteries, and lithium batteries with high-current and high-power requirements. Additionally, EIS is utilized in applied research, manufacturing testing, and quality control.

Potentiostat Ultimate Line – True Parallel Processing for Demanding Electrochemical R&D

Standard high-current systems often bottleneck when testing large-format cells. The Ultimate Line avoids this by integrating the parallel processing architecture of our MegaEIS platform into a heavy-duty 4-quadrant potentiostat. Delivering up to ±100 A (depending on the model), it utilizes 3 independent measuring channels for simultaneous data acquisition at 1.25 Msps. Alongside full-range Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) up to 100 kHz, the system is engineered for comprehensive lab integration. It features Trigger IN/OUT for precise external synchronization, dual thermal inputs for direct temperature monitoring, and Ethernet connectivity for stable, long-term remote operation during demanding fuel cell, battery, and electrolyzer R&D.
